Fordays Quality Control Center（FQCC）
To uphold the safety and security of our products, we established the Fordays Quality Control Center in Izukogen, Shizuoka Prefecture, in 2009. Leveraging the experience gained since its inception, the Quality Control Center conducts thorough inspections and evaluations of each production lot for all Fordays products.
A comprehensive quality management system has been implemented to oversee the entire process, which includes the validation of raw materials, ensuring manufacturing quality at the production facility, monitoring quality during distribution, and ongoing assessment until the customer has fully utilized the product.
Through the continuous production of safe and reliable products, Fordays aims to earn customer trust and provide a genuine sense of peace of mind.

Quality Control
All Fordays products, including the Natural DN Collagen, are systematically stored according to production lot. We implement a rigorous process of acceptance testing before shipment and conduct aging tests to verify product stability throughout the designated quality guarantee period.
Process Management
The Quality Control Center team conducts visits to manufacturing facilities to perform audits of production lines and monitor the production process. During these visits, they engage in productive discussions with both production and quality control personnel to identify opportunities for further improving quality standards.
These ongoing initiatives are designed to foster the development of a more robust quality control system.
Investigation Report
This report outlines the individual investigations conducted in response to product-related inquiries received from customers. When the investigation reveals that the cause is linked to the manufacturing process, we provide corrective recommendations to the manufacturing facility and take proactive steps to prevent recurrence of the issue.
Information Dissemination
To prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers in their use of Fordays products, we provide detailed information, including the outcomes of rigorous safety testing conducted by our team. Furthermore, we participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing public understanding of nucleic acids, thereby fostering greater awareness of this important area of knowledge.

We offer a diverse range of hands-on experiences, including a workshop dedicated to making Natural DN Collagen.
Each season, we curate a variety of experiences to ensure that every visit is both informative and enjoyable. These activities are designed to enhance understanding of product safety as well as the role of nucleic acids in various applications.

Natural DN Collagen-Making Device
Unlike the Gifu Manufacturing Plant, we have installed a sophisticated device specifically designed for the hands-on experience in measuring and mixing the required ingredients, followed by the opportunity to sample the final product. Furthermore, we offer practical experience in assessing pH levels and other relevant parameters.

Cosmetic-Making Experience
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in the production of everyday cosmetic products, such as soap. This experience incorporates the addition of colors and fragrances, enabling an appreciation for both the visual aesthetics and the scent of the final product.

Supplement-Making Experience
Participants will engage in hands-on manufacturing processes for various supplements in capsule and tablet form. Additionally, we provide educational content that features both familiar supplements and Fordays products.
