2023 New Year Greetings from the CEO
I would like to express my sincere congratulations on the new year, 2023.
Over the past three years, COVID-19 has had a major impact on people's lives, and the war in Ukraine has also contributed to record-breaking inflation worldwide. All balances around the world have collapsed, making it difficult for society and the economy to stabilize, potentially resulting in facing another unsettling economic circumstance for this coming year. Over the past three years, our lives and work styles have completely changed, with online communication becoming the new standard.
Despite these unpredictable changes in the environment, we expect our sales to exceed 30 billion yen this fiscal year. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to our members, including each person who has made this achievement possible.
Today, we live in a diversified world where it is difficult to find the correct answers. We may be asking ourselves, "What is important for survival in times like these?" Rather than being misled by this unstable environment and society, having the desire to "live strongly" and "in the moment" may turn the present into an opportunity to grow.
The basics of business are "building relationships of trust between people" and "accumulating efforts for mutual support." In order to put this into practice, we believe that there is nothing better than face-to-face communication. In this "with corona" era, I would like to think about how to deepen relationships of trust and maximize the output of the organization, and put it into practice.
