2024 New Year Message from the CEO
As we enter the new year of 2024, I would like to respectfully wish you a happy new year.
I would also like to express my deepest gratitude for your continued support last year.
I hope that all of you have welcomed the start of the new year with great expectations.
Last year, COVID-19, which had been causing us so much trouble, was classified as Class 5. Many people were starting to take action as there was an atmosphere of trying to get back to everyday life. However, in some environments, such as medical settings, there are still situations where the coronavirus has not subsided, and influenza epidemics are still occurring, especially among children.
In addition, we viewed the age of globalization as the growth of humanity. We were excited and saddened by the expanding world, but this also meant that war damage in some regions led to resource shortages and the collapse of distribution, jeopardizing their lives. The social situation and people's lives have significantly changed over the four years since the coronavirus pandemic when the world almost hollowed out. Amid these changing times, at the end of last year, information about a Japanese major league baseball player surpassed world news and gave us great courage. We must think about the importance of health, peace, and living with purpose, which are the basis of daily joy. We must also consider the people who support our health and their courage. It's essential always to remember to be grateful to those who give us something.
This year, we are celebrating the 25th anniversary of the release of Natural DN Collagen. One of our corporate missions is to make as many people aware of the nutritional component "nucleic acid" that we have continued to research to support people's health. Last year, due to our efforts, we completed a new nucleic acid supplement and obtained three research-related patents. Regardless of the environment, Fordays strives to contribute to the betterment of society, communicate our corporate mission accurately and sincerely, and continue to exist as a company that prospers together with society.
