The 15th Health-Related Academic Symposium (hosts: Sankei Shimbun, sponsors: Fordays) was held on April 23, 2023 (Sunday) with the theme; "Protect Your Body Yourselves - The Good Relationship Between Fem Care and Proteins/Nucleic Acids." Continuing from last year, this year's symposium was held online for the third consecutive time this year to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In the first half of this session, lectures were given by four speakers: gynecologist, Dr. Miho Takao, Professor Nobuhiro Zaima of Kindai University, Olympic gold medalist in women's wrestling, Eri Tosaka and Dr. Koji Usumi of Life Science Institute.

The second half of this session was a panel discussion under the theme, "Protect Your Body Yourselves", discussions were made on the topic of bodily functions that occur in particular to women according to certain life stages, gender differences in vascular biology, the importance of collecting nutritional information, etc. It was a valuable time to expand our understanding of gender differences.
