We have been honored with the recognition for our exemplary efforts to promote active participation of women.

In February 2024, Fordays achieved the third and highest Eruboshi Certification level based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare. This certification, awarded to companies that promote and support women's participation and advancement in the workplace, awarded Fordays three stars (Level 3). Fordays received the highest level of certification for meeting the criteria for all five categories: Employment, Continued Length of Employment, Working Hours and Work Styles, Ratio of Management Positions, and Diverse Career Paths.

Eruboshi Certification

Eruboshi Certification was established under the Women's Participation Promotion Act of 2015. Companies that have made significant efforts to promote women's active involvement in the workplace are awarded this certification. The certification process evaluates companies based on five categories: Employment, Continued Length of Employment, Working Hours and Work Styles, Ratio of Management Positions, and Diverse Career Paths. The certification has three levels based on a company's compliance with each category.

• Three Stars (Level 3): Meets all five items of the evaluation criteria
• Two Stars (Level 2): Meets three to four items of the evaluation criteria.
• One Star (Level 1): Meets one to two items of the evaluation criteria.

"Eruboshi" encourages women in various industries and society, urging them to shine like stars and wishing for the number of such women to increase.
